Prairie Jubilee Event – A Gathering of Friends

Sunday, January 22, 2017

“It is extremely important for our world that some people live a full and deeply conscious life”

                                   – Helen Luke

This gathering is open to all students, graduates and friends of the Jubilee Programs.

Being leaven, light and salt – an expansion – in relation to how extremely important it is for some to live conscious and full lives.

God never does violence to the gift of free will.  In spite of hurts, setbacks or disappointments, we are called to the martyrdom of love. Surrendering to the Divine within will let us know how this happens and our service of love will be a labor that lasts until our last breath.
Called to a variety of forms of spiritual direction,  Jubilee alum may be among those chosen to a martyrdom of love.  We will explore this as well as the importance of connecting with a spiritual community.  Leaven, light and salt – major symbols in what this martyrdom entails.

Our day will begin with Jubilee news:  Jubilee Council, Pacific and Ontario Jubilee news,  and the current Jubilee Program.
